An audit of the venue is done beforehand and then furniture, flowers and décor accessories are selected to create the perfect ambience for a specific theme or function. If no existing floor plan is available measurements are taken and plans are drawn to assist the client to visualize the layout, dimensions, circulating areas and to show access to entrances and exits
